The Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) is the Civil Service Commission’s exam for first and second level eligibility in the Philippine government. It is given at two levels: Professional and Subprofessional. Both cover verbal and numerical ability and general information; the Professional level adds analytical ability, while the Subprofessional level tests clerical ability instead. No. All 50 questions were written for this page to mirror the CSE-PPT scope. They are not taken from CSC test booklets, and the Civil Service Commission has no connection with this site.
What is the passing score for the Civil Service Exam?
The CSC examination announcement states that an examinee needs a general rating of at least 80.00 to pass.
What is the difference between the Professional and Subprofessional levels?
Both cover verbal ability, numerical ability and general information. The Professional level adds analytical ability and leads to second level eligibility; the Subprofessional level tests clerical ability (filing and spelling) and leads to first level eligibility for clerical positions.
Which laws are covered under General Information?
