Best practices for AI-generated decks
One fact per card
A card asking “What are the three branches of the U.S. government and what does each do?” is really three facts glued together — you'll rate it “good” on partial recall and the scheduler will space it out on incomplete knowledge. Split multi-fact cards into one card per fact; AI generation gets most of this right, but skim for compound cards during your review pass.
Rate honestly, not optimistically
The scheduler only works if your ratings reflect reality. Marking a card “easy” because you eventually remembered it after five seconds of straining defeats the purpose — that's a “hard,” and it should come back soon, not in three weeks.
