By accessing or using SimpleQuizMaker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated bots to abuse the Service or API

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant SimpleQuizMaker a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service (i.e., generate quizzes). We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes generated by our AI are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational validity of AI-generated content. Always review AI output before use in formal educational settings.

6. Plans & Payments

Free plan users are subject to usage limits as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. All sales are final unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleQuizMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
