Generate or build the quiz on a dedicated tool and copy the share link.

In Telegram, open the channel or group and write a short message explaining what the quiz covers and roughly how long it takes.

Paste the link on its own line beneath the message text so Telegram renders a link preview.

Send the message, then long-press (or right-click on desktop) and choose Pin so it stays accessible from the pinned-message bar at the top of the chat.
